Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing orders, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve set goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
