Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. You will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards for a smooth operation.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Perform tasks efficiently and in compliance with company procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, and operating powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and work in varying temperatures.
