As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, sorting merchandise, and preparing shipments. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines and load strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and moving up to 45 pounds of product.
• Frequent bending, standing, reaching, and operating powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments.
