Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a warehouse associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. This position requires the ability to work independently or as part of a team while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock accurately.
- Organize and relocate merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
- Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
- Perform tasks efficiently within company guidelines.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
- Excellent communication and basic math skills.
- Able to lift and move merchandise up to 45 pounds.
- Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
