Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the ALDI team. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team and contribute to the overall success of the warehouse operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
- Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
- Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
- Follow safety guidelines, operate equipment, and adhere to company policies.
- Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.

- Organize and execute tasks efficiently in compliance with company standards.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
- Work in varying temperatures and safely operate equipment.
