2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipping.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management for process improvements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting.
