Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently and in a team environment.
• Skill in basic arithmetic, communication, and organization.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle items up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical conditions.
