2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our growing team at Aldi. Our warehouse associates play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. As a warehouse associate, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and basic math skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks.
