2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our warehouse operates in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, offering a comprehensive training program to ensure your success.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality control.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Act conscientiously and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organize and execute tasks efficiently within company standards.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
