2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration with team members.
• Adapt positively to challenges and drive for success.
• Organize tasks efficiently, follow instructions, and work well in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills and good communication abilities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments.
