Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join the team at Aldi. As a key member of the warehouse operations, you will oversee daily activities, manage personnel, and ensure efficient and safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and adjust work schedules based on warehouse requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise tasks of direct reports to meet operational needs.
• Oversee product receiving, selection, and shipping to stores daily.
• Monitor and improve operational processes and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Train, develop, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify hazards, maintain equipment, and promote a safe working environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift heavy objects.
