2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. As a Full-Time role, you will be working 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd shift starts at 3:00 PM.

Schedules

• Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday
• Schedule B: Rotating weekends
• Schedule C: Every other weekend
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receiving and organizing incoming stock
• Merchandise relocation and loading
• Cleaning and maintaining warehouse standards
• Inventory management and quality control
• Collaborating with team members and warehouse leadership

Job Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must be at least 18 years old, demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, resilience, and drive for success. Having a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 45 pounds
• Operating powered industrial equipment
• Working in various temperatures
