2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

Are you looking for a full-time position as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi? Join our team and start with a competitive starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a member of the 2nd Shift, you will work from 3:00 PM onwards, adhering to one of several schedule options detailed below.

Schedules:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday - Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday - Tuesday
• Schedule B: Every other Saturday and Sunday
• Schedule C: Every other weekend
• Schedule D: Monday - Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock
• Relocate merchandise strategically
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, and efficiency
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place product up to 45 pounds
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse
• Operate powered industrial equipment
