2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring a Part-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This role involves efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our warehouse employees work fewer than 30 hours per week in ambient and temperature-controlled areas. Comprehensive training and safety programs are provided to ensure success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties and participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
