Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, ensuring the efficient handling, sorting, loading, and unloading of merchandise for store deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
