2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team. As a full-time employee, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. This position operates during the 2nd shift with a 3:00 PM start time.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and uphold product quality standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and operate equipment effectively.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaborating with the team, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, and work independently or within a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products weighing up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
