2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock, relocate merchandise, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Operate equipment, follow safety guidelines, and report any quality or safety concerns.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious work ethic, teamwork skills, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or within a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
