2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at Aldi. As a key part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring orders are prepared for shipment. The role involves working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas to maintain our high standards of quality and safety.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership
• Provide input for process improvements
• Inspect product quality and safety
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with good communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds
• Operate powered industrial equipment
• Work in varying temperatures and environments
