Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the ALDI team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with starting wages of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficient stock selection, merchandise relocation, sorting and loading, warehouse cleanliness, inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with peers and management.

Responsibilities

  • Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
  • Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
  • Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
  • Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
  • Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
  • Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and management through effective communication.
  • Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
  • Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
  • Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
  • Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
