2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi, a leading retail company. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Inspect product quality and provide input for process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
