2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the dedicated team at ALDI. As a part-time position with fewer than 30 hours per week, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to ensure customer satisfaction. The starting wage for this role is $25.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect and report on product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
