2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure smooth operations and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback for process enhancements.
• Inspect product quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to adapt, collaborate, and drive for success.
• Efficient organizational and decision-making skills.
• Basic arithmetic and communication abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and operating industrial equipment.
