2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a Full-Time employee, you will work 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd Shift starts at 3:00 PM. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean warehouse, participate in inventory counts, and cooperate with peers and leadership.
• Inspect products, provide input for process improvements, and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Follow safety guidelines, report product concerns, and perform tasks within company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Interpret and apply company policies with excellent communication skills.
• Perform basic arithmetic, attention to detail, and work well independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
