2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a vital role in receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise to fulfill store orders efficiently. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining warehouse cleanliness, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Assist in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input for process improvement and goal achievement.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
