2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and contributing to the overall warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in alignment with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards through general cleaning duties.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Inspect product quality, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
• Act independently within designated responsibilities and follow warehouse procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency per ALDI Acts competencies.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work independently or in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
