2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a part-time employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling of incoming stock and preparation for store deliveries. The position offers a starting wage of $25.75 per hour and requires individuals who can demonstrate resilience, efficiency, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise adhering to product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments, maintaining warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Operate equipment safely and report quality and safety concerns.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, efficiency, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or within a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to lift and move up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical agility for warehouse tasks.
