2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As an essential member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely according to guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
