2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently stocking and organizing merchandise, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Shift Schedule

2nd Shift - 3:00 PM start time

Schedules:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday.
• Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday.
• Schedule B: Rotating weekends.
• Schedule C: Every other weekend.
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Cooperate effectively with colleagues and suppliers.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
