2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring proper handling and preparation for shipment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and report safety or sanitation issues.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, and goal-driven.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
