2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise in compliance with warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership for effective communication and process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work well independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate warehouse equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
