Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi, a leading retail company. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines and prepare for shipment.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement and assist in achieving department goals.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 to be employed.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
