2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As an integral part of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to meet warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect and consult on product quality and safety.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, bending, and movement of merchandise.
• Operation of powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
