2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the team at Aldi. As a key member of the warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Shift Schedule Options

• Schedule A1: Wednesday - Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off.
• Schedule A2: Friday - Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off.
• Schedule B: Rotating schedule working Saturday and Sunday 2 out of every 3 weeks.
• Schedule C: Rotating schedule working both Saturday and Sunday every other weekend.
• Schedule D: Monday - Friday with weekends off.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and relocate incoming stock.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
