Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment where you will be responsible for handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards and safety.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve budget goals.
• Inspect and report on product quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to ergonomic and safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
