2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a valued team member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, participating in inventory counts, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety. This position requires strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
