2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our expanding team at Aldi. This is a part-time position, offering fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. As a warehouse team member, you will play a crucial role in selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise in our warehouse. You will also participate in inventory counts, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and communicate effectively with peers and leadership to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Adapt positively to challenges and change.
• Deliver excellent performance and efficiency.
• Work both independently and within a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
