Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi family. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, depending on shift and schedule differential pay. Shift Schedules

• Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off
• Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off
• Schedule B: Rotating weekends with 2 weekdays off
• Schedule C: Alternating weekends with 2 weekdays off
• Schedule D: Monday-Friday with weekends off

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently stock and fulfill store orders
• Handle merchandise according to guidelines
• Prepare shipments and unload incoming goods
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Demonstrate conscientiousness and collaboration

• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered equipment
• Work in varying temperatures and handle physical demands
