2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards through cleaning and organization.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and collaborate with the team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures for efficiency and productivity.
