2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi, with average hours ranging from 30-35 per week. The starting wage is up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule. The shift starts at 3:00 pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise as per product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
