2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a valued team member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing and loading merchandise, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating effectively with peers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse leadership and provide input for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Adaptable to challenges and changes.
• Works efficiently and collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and standing throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
