Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member! In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, following comprehensive training and safety guidelines provided by our team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Assist in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Drive process improvements and support warehouse management in achieving goals.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older to be employed.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt to changes, and deliver excellent performance.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and operate equipment in varying warehouse conditions.
