2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and efficient 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's workforce. As a vital part of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for various tasks including receiving stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets company standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance for safety
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership
• Provide input for process improvement
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Physical capability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures
