2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. In this part-time position, you will play a crucial role in receiving and selecting incoming stock, organizing merchandise, ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety, and contributing to overall warehouse efficiency. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership, making independent decisions within your area of responsibility to achieve our budgeted goals. Your positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock.
• Organize merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unloading.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Independently make decisions within your area of responsibility.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines.

• Ability to lift and move product weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
