We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. As part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and supporting overall productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Operate equipment in compliance with safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Engage in various physical activities in warehouse environments.
