Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, sorting, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements to warehouse management.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changes.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
