Job Description

We are looking for a 3rd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse associates play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling and delivery of products to our stores, contributing to the satisfaction of our growing customer base. Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
