We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Lead to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient shipping schedules, maintaining inventory, and supervising staff, among other duties. Responsibilities

• Prepare daily shipping schedules and oversee inventory management.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a safe work environment and address any hazards promptly.
• Assist in training, coaching, and monitoring team performance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Proficiency in standard office equipment and related software.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
