We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join Aldi's team. As a crucial member of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and adjust work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Supervise daily receiving, selection, and shipping of products.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to work in various warehouse conditions and lift up to 45 pounds.
