3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join ALDI's team. As a crucial member of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing personnel, and ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise job activities and tasks of direct reports.
• Oversee product receiving, selection, shipping, and delivery processes.
• Develop action plans to drive operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines.
• Lead and motivate warehouse teams to achieve peak performance.
• Monitor expenses and make adjustments to optimize efficiency.
• Identify and address safety hazards and maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
