Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, managing a team of warehouse associates, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise the daily receiving, selection, and shipping of products.
• Implement action plans to enhance operational results.
• Lead and facilitate Warehouse Associate meetings.
• Train, develop, and evaluate employees to maximize performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage direct reports effectively.
• Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
